(This is what 480 x 360 looks like)
In this video, I add a minifig to the model.
Download Large Video - 35 minutes, 257 MB, 480 x 360.
Download Small Video - 35 minutes, 113 MB, 320 x 240.
Download the files (it only includes the minimum files--be sure to download Anton and my libraries for everything)
Here is a list of the topics covered:
- Where to find the minifig macro
- Image maps (faces, shirts, etc) aka lib_decorations
- Using an existing minifig
- Hiding bricks in POV-Ray (comment is "//")
- Posing the minifig
- Moving the minifig to the correct location
- Using an orthographic camera
- Adding minifig params to the MightyMite macro
- Being able to hide the minifig
- Changing the minifig face and body part colors
Addendum
I used the mic this time, but wow, I sure need to move it away more because I keep breathing into it... Sorry! Eventually I'll figure out how to do this!
I mention that all variables in POV-Ray files are global. That is incorrect. Variables created with #declare are global. If you want local variables, use #local.
